DISCLOSURE: THE IRONWOOD PRACTICE RANGE LAND, INDICATED ON THE SURVEY AS TRACT B, 13.75 ACRES, IS NOT PART OF THE SUBJECT IRONWOOD GOLF COURSE PROPERTY AS OFFERED FOR SALE.

The current location of the Ironwood practice range is temporary. At some time the 13+/- acres comprising the range area, not included in the Ironwood property survey, will be developed into residential homes. At that time, the range will move to a location nearby across the road. Work to rebuild the range will be completed by the Ironwood principal. Until the development is undertaken, which is not anticipated for a few years, the range will be 100% available to Ironwood Golf Club.

Details of the practice range and the planned new location will be clearly laid out to a prospective buyer.
