BUSINESS PLAN
- If the club has been wandering
financially with lack of direction, I will work with ownership, or
the board of directors to create a business plan for the future. As
most golf courses in 2009 are experiencing financial, deferred, and
redundancy issues, they may need a focused business plan to guide
the decision processes.
- A proper business plan
will address all the above issues and the asset to assist in making
day-to-day and longer term decisions like:
- Membership Strategies
- Marketing Strategies
- Contingency Strategies
- Financing Strategies

COST
You will be pleasantly
surprised at the cost to your club to bring Mike Kahn aboard as your
temporary GM. For instance, Bankers pay management companies up to $20,000
a month to 'supervise' their assets. Then the management company sends
young management trainees to manage the asset.
My fees are nowhere near
what management companies charge, because I have virtually no overhead.
You have 100% of the experience you need with me on site. My fees range
from $5,000 to $10,000 a month. Each club is different in terms of workload.
I will quote you immediately during our first conference.
Mike Kahn
